Please be advised all participating anglers are held responsible for their boat and its occupants at all times. Anglers are required to read and fully understand all rules of the 2013 Gulf Coast Open Tournament. By participating in this tournament, anglers are accepting these rules and regulations, and release NBOA, its sponsors, their principles, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any and all liability. In addition, small craft warning constitutes a postponement of the event to the nearest date that does not conflict with other events in the area and when the host site can accommodate the event.
